House rules & guidelines

A few house rules keep Villa La Selva Bandung and the surrounding neighbourhood calm and well cared for. Please read them before your stay.

  1. 1 A deposit of Rp 1.000.000 is required and will be refunded after the villa has been inspected.
  2. 2 Bringing or setting off firecrackers, fireworks, or sharp weapons is prohibited. Violations are subject to a fine of Rp 10,000,000, except during New Year celebrations.
  3. 3 Holding parties or events that draw large crowds without prior permission is not allowed.
  4. 4 Please keep musical instruments, karaoke, and speakers at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb the neighbours.
  5. 5 Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages, drugs, sharp weapons, or firearms, gamble, or engage in any unlawful activity.
  6. 6 Any accident occurring within the surrounding neighbourhood or beyond the villa area is the responsibility of each individual and not of the management.
  7. 7 Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited; if a violation is found, the deposit will be forfeited.
  8. 8 Pets are not permitted within the villa area.
  9. 9 Moving or rearranging furniture without the management's permission is not allowed.
  10. 10 Please keep the villa clean and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
  11. 11 Any damage caused by guests will be charged a replacement fee equal to the value of the damage.
  12. 12 Please avoid leaving bedroom doors or windows open for long periods to keep insects out of the villa.
  13. 13 The swimming pool may not be used after 21:00 WIB.
  14. 14 A maximum of 3 vehicles may enter. For more than that, please request permission from the neighbourhood management first.
  15. 15 The villa comfortably accommodates 16–20 guests; the maximum capacity is 22 guests, which requires prior management approval.
  16. 16 All visitors must be registered and approved by management in advance. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
  17. 17 Glass food, drinks, or objects may not be brought into the swimming pool or jacuzzi area.
  18. 18 Children using the swimming pool must be under the full supervision of a parent or guardian.
  19. 19 The management is not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence.
  20. 20 Please switch off the air conditioning, lights, and any unused electronics when leaving the villa.
